Project Overview

As a key technical partner under the main contractor TSL, EISAC Automation successfully executed the control system modernization for Al-Watanya for Industries in Saudi Arabia (Project P1130). The project focused on enhancing the operational efficiency of the packaging production lines through a comprehensive overhaul of the automation architecture. The scope of work included professional PLC programming and the development of high-performance HMI (Human-Machine Interface) screens to provide intuitive real-time monitoring and advanced control parameters. To ensure system stability and safety, the technical team implemented critical electrical modifications and provided detailed, updated wiring diagrams. This integrated approach optimized the line’s performance, ensuring precise synchronization and a modernized electrical infrastructure tailored to the demanding requirements of the packaging industry in KSA.
