Project Overview

EISAC Automation, acting as the Main Contractor, successfully executed a comprehensive technical upgrade for the Glatt VG (Vertical Granulator) and FBD (Fluid Bed Dryer) machines at Amoun Pharma (Project P1129). The scope involved a complete modernization of the electrical and mechanical systems, transforming the legacy Glatt coater into a high-performance unit. This turnkey solution included the design and assembly of modernized Power and Control panels, integrated with advanced PLC and SCADA programming to support enhanced recipe management and full CFR 21 Part 11 compliance for pharmaceutical data integrity. The execution featured precise mechanical installations, pneumatic and electro-pneumatic modifications, and a total overhaul of the wiring architecture and cable tray systems. All works were backed by rigorous technical documentation and detailed wiring diagrams, ensuring the system meets the highest global standards for pharmaceutical manufacturing in Egypt.
